Spring Stars during GAM 2022 – Dark-Sky Week Camp

The Romanian Society for Meteors and Astronomy – SARM organizes a dark-sky camp during 2022 International Dark Sky Week at Runcu Stone, a dark-sky place in Romania.

Program: Presentations and workshops about the light pollution and the importance of the dark-sky, training session on observational astronomy, telescope observations and astrophotography sessions (deep-sky or wide-field
photography), zodiacal light, Mercury and Pleiades conjunction (evening time), Moon-Saturn-Mars-Jupiter-Venus configuration, Venus-Neptune conjunction and the great conjunction Venus-Jupiter (morning time), Lyrid and Eta Aquarid
meteor shower activity. Cultural and astro-poetry program. Program for public. Live streamings.
